Information used by the app

QueueDucky stores your daily goal, selected categories, question rotation, answers and learning history locally on your iPhone so you can continue practicing. A small on-device snapshot lets the Home Screen widget display your practice progress.

The app does not send this learning information to us. We do not operate an account system, cloud-sync service, advertising service or analytics service for this version. The app does not track you across other apps or websites.

Bundled content and animation

Questions, explanations, terminology help and artwork are bundled in the app. The Rive animation runtime renders bundled animations. This version does not use it to collect personal information or download remote learning content.

If you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request and investigate the issue you report. Please avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information.

We do not sell support information or use it for advertising. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store messages. We retain correspondence only as needed to handle support and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by emailing the address below, subject to any required retention.

Retention, deletion and device backups

Learning information remains locally on your device while the app is installed. Deleting QueueDucky removes its local app data, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior. Offloading an app may preserve its data.

Apple may include app data in device backups according to your settings. QueueDucky does not provide its own cloud backup, and we do not receive access to your device backups. Manage backups through your Apple device settings.

Web pages and third parties

This policy describes the native QueueDucky app. If you open a support or privacy webpage, your browser makes a request to the website host, which may process connection information such as an IP address under its own practices. Our supplied support and privacy pages contain no analytics scripts or advertising.

The app does not give us access to information Apple independently processes to operate the App Store or device services.

We will update this policy when the app's privacy practices change and revise the effective date above.
